Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Please note that the return shipping cost from your home to the store is at your own expense. This cost is approximately £7.25 per package; for exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
